Most people understand that consistency in branding is critical to any marketing campaigns success. It then follows, that having a well crafted, consistent message for your listing is important. Now, as Realtors, our goal is to sell our listings as quickly as possible at or above market value with the most streamlined, time-effective methods possible. After all, time is money.
Quality is important. The Point2 Agent Listing Brochures offers a solution that I personally cannot do without! You only have to enter your listing once on your Point2 Agent website, taking advantage of Agent Handshakes and full syndication. After that, you utilize the same data to create your listing brochure and even double sided flyers. It saves so much time, you will think you forgot something. And, the best part is, your message is always consistent and so is your branding!
- First, follow the steps to create a listing (Listings, Create, Location, General Information, Description, Photos, Rooms, Attachments, Save & Syndicate)
- Next, go to Listings
- Select the property by address
- Click Create Listing Brochure
- Select User from the drop down menu
- Uncheck any pages or data you DO NOT wish to include
- Edit General Highlights, Price Highlight, Slogan, Disclaimer or Description, as needed.
- Choose how many photos you want per page
- Click Create Listing Brochure
